Diamkan kira-kira selama sejam.&lt;br /&gt;- cuci beras yang bersih, kemudian tiriskan&lt;br /&gt;- ambil panci( kalau ada panci press), masukkan minyak wijen dan panaskan, jika sudah panas, masukkan bawang putih yang sudah dimemarkan, goreng sampai baunya harum. angkat panci dari api, kemudian masukkan beras, air,garam.dengan mempergunakan saringan yang berkaki, taruh ayam diatasnya (kurang lebih 10 cm diatasnya). tutup panci rapat-rapat. &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara olah &lt;span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Jagung diparut, masukkan dalam panci (sisakan juga buat perkedel) tambahkan air dan masak (bisa ditambahkan udang).&lt;br /&gt;2. Tambahkan irisan bawang merah dan bawang putih, bila sudah mendidih masukkan sayuran, daun sup, merica dan garam.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Perkedel: haluskan bawang merah dan bawang putih, campur dengan jagung parut, tambahkan telur, garam, merica, potongan daun sup+daun bawang, tambahkan tepung satu sendok aduk rata dan goreng (lebih enak lagi pake udang).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara Saji : &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:9;"  &gt;Siapkan bubur dalam mangkuk, taburi atasnya dengan ayam goreng, bawang goreng dan perkedel jangung. Lebih baik gunakan wish (alat untuk mengocok adonan tepung), agar adonan kulit mudah tercampur, kuning telurnya bisa dibuat vla atau untuk isi lumpia.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Disarankan menggunakan wajan dadar antilengket, untuk menggoreng, jangan pakai alat yang tajam . Lebih baik gunakan sendok kayu. Tetesi wajan dadar dengan sedikit minyak, lalu dadar kulit lumpia sesendok-sendok, agar dadaran bulat dan licin.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Untuk dadaran kedua dan seterusnya tidak usah memakai minyak karena tak lengket lagi, usahakan tiap wajan sekali tuang langsung satu sendok makan. Maksudnya agar tidak pecah atau kulit menyambung.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Masukkan kulit lumpia basah dalam wadah yang tertutup rapat. Simpan dalam almari es. Tahan, kok, sampai dua hari. &lt;p&gt;2 cm jahe memarkan&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;5 lembar daun salam&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;250 gram kacang tanah, goreng haluskan&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;2,5 liter air cuci beras/tajin&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;1 sdm bumbu kaldu bubuk rasa sapi&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;6 sdm minyak sayur&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Haluskan :&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;10 siung bawang putih&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;8 butir kemiri sangrai&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;1 sdm ketumbar sangrai&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;1 sdt jintan sangrai&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;1 sdt garam dan 1 sdt merica butiran&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Pelengkap : bawang goreng, irisan daun bawang dan irisan seledri, sambal taoco&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Haluskan : 10 bawang merah, 5 siung bawang putih, 10 cabai keriting rebus sebentar, 100 gram taoco, tumis dengan 6 sdm minyak sayur hingga matang, haluskan tambahkan garam dan gula merah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CARA MEMBUAT&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus daging sapi, babat, hati dan jantung, beri serai, lengkuas, jahe dan salam setelah matang angkat, tiriskan, potong dadu. Jerohan sapi matang, potong dadu. Sisihkan.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan hingga harum, masukkan kedalam kaldu, tambahkan kacang tanah goreng, didihkan.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;3. Penyajian, siapkan mangkuk, isi dengan daging dan jerohan beri kuahnya, taburi bawang goreng, irisan daun bawang dan seledri sajikan dengan buras dan sambal taoco.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;4.
